Axle alignment on front axles of New Holland tractors
New Holland had a problem of checking and
adjusting toe and camber on tractors front axle when the axle is still in
production line, before it is delivered to assembly line.
FASEP has provided a special solution, including special adapter to fit the
axle. With equipment provided, New Holland is able to constantly monitorize
quality of front axle assembly, record data, and finely adjust whenever the
axle's measurements exceed prescribed tolerances.
The FASEP solution cost a fraction of an specially designed system used for the
same purpose.
